I am a typical mouse from Mumbai. In the local train compartment which has capacity of 100 persons, I travel with 500 more mouse. Mouse at least squeak but we don't even do that.

Today I heard your speech. In which you said 'NO BODY WOULD BE SPARED'. I would like to remind you that fourteen years has passed since serial bomb blast in Mumbai took place. Dawood was the main conspirator. Till today he is not caught. All our bollywood actors, our builders, our Gutka king meets him but your Government can not catch him. Reason is simple; all your ministers are hand in glove with him. If any attempt is made to catch him everybody will be exposed. Your statement 'NOBODY WOULD BE SPARED' is nothing but a cruel joke on this unfortunate people of India .

Enough is enough. As such after seeing terrorist attack carried out by about a dozen young boys I realize that if same thing continues days are not away when terrorist will attack by air, destroy our nuclear reactor and there will be one more Hiroshima .

We the people are left with only one mantra. Womb to Bomb to Tomb. You promised Mumbaikar Shanghai what you have given us is Jalianwala Baug.

Today only your home minister resigned. What took you so long to kick out this joker? Only reason was that he was loyal to Gandhi family. Loyalty to Gandhi family is more important than blood of innocent people, isn't it?

I am born and bought up in Mumbai for last fifty eight years. Believe me corruption in Maharashtra is worse than that in Bihar . Look at all the politician, Sharad Pawar, Chagan Bhujbal, Narayan Rane, Bal Thackray, Gopinath Munde, Raj Thackray, Vilasrao Deshmukh all are rolling in money. Vilasrao Deshmukh is one of the worst Chief Minister I have seen. His only business is to increase the FSI every other day, make money and send it to Delhi so Congress can fight next election. Now the clown has found new way and will increase FSI for fisherman so they can build concrete house right on sea shore. Next time terrorist can comfortably live in those houses, enjoy the beauty of sea and then attack the Mumbai at their will.

Recently I had to purchase house in Mumbai. I met about two dozen builders. Everybody wanted about 30% in black. A common person like me knows this and with all your intelligent agency & CBI you and your finance minister are not aware of it. Where all the black money goes? To the underworld isn't it? Our politicians take help of these goondas to vacate people by force. I myself was victim of it. If you have time please come to me, I will tell you everything.

If this has been land of fools, idiots then I would not have ever cared to write you this letter. Just see the tragedy, on one side we are reaching moon, people are so intelligent and on other side you politician has converted nectar into deadly poison. I am everything Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Schedule caste, OBC, Muslim OBC, Christian Schedule caste, Creamy Schedule caste only what I am not is INDIAN. You politician have raped every part of mother India by your policy of divide and rule.

Take example of former president Abdul Kalam. Such an intelligent person, such a fine human being. You politician didn't even spare him. Your party along with opposition joined the hands, because politician feels they are supreme and there is no place for good person.

Dear Mr. Prime minister you are one of the most intelligent person, most learned person. Just wake up, be a real SARDAR. First and foremost expose all selfish politicians. Ask Swiss bank to give name of all Indian account holders. Give reins of CBI to independent agency. Let them find wolf among us. There will be political upheaval but that will better than dance of death which we are witnessing every day. Just give us ambient where we can work honestly and without fear. Let there be rule of law. Everything else will be taken care of.

Choice is yours Mr. Prime Minister. Do you want to be lead by one person or you want to lead the nation of 100 Crore people?

Pre-School Learning - Strategies to Make Learning Fun

Pre-school children learn an amazing amount of information and many skills and concepts in the first few years of their lives. They do so mainly through play. Parents can enhance their child's learning experience by using imaginative strategies to ensure that learning is associated with fun and excitement.

Learning should be like a trip to the seaside. It should excite, enchant and entertain.

Many adults can remember the thrilling chaos of packing swimming costumes, toys, food, drinks and not forgetting the dog. They might recall the agony of the long drive and the traffic jams, then the excitement of catching the first glimpse of the sea through the surrounding buildings. Finally, there was the ocean - a heaving, blue, mysterious invitation to splash, run, jump, roll, swim, scream, and laugh. The warm, gleaming sand was just waiting to be turned into a grand castle, a racing car with buckets for wheels or a giant funny face!

Pre-school learning ought to be like that. Parents and caregivers of pre-school children can instil that feeling of anticipation and joy when first they set out to teach their pre-schoolers.

Take learning to colour and paint. This is an activity that can entertain children for hours and it is easy to make it more than a quiet past-time.

Parents can start with a trip to the stationery shop which can be made into an adventure with a little imagination. Beforehand, children can be allowed to select pictures of paint pots, brushes, crayons and drawing paper from an old store catalogue or magazine. These can then be cut out and stuck onto a piece of paper. What a great shopping list for a pre-reading child!

Apart from the delight of choosing lots of colourful items in the shop, the pre-school child will also learn about which shops sell which items, about categories of goods as they look for pencils and crayons in one place and paper and books in another and the exchange of money for goods (let them hand over the money).

At home, a special space can be created where the child can draw, paint and colour. It should be clear, clutter-free with everything nearby in handy containers. These are easily made from shoe boxes (for pots of paints and paintbrushes), used plastic tubs (for crayons), clean ice cream cartons (for clean water to wash brushes) and egg cartons (to mix the paints in). If necessary, steps can be taken to ensure the child is able to work freely without worrying about making a mess of carpets and furniture.

Everything is then in place for the pre-schooler to let his or her imagination take over. If the child wants to really spread out, a roll of lining paper from the wallpaper shop is a great idea. There can be no limit to the size of a monster or a car or a drawing of mummy. The paper can simply be rolled to whatever length the child needs.

Playtimes can be greatly enhanced with music, movement and stories. Children love to dance and sing. Parents can join in by dancing with the child to a nursery rhyme or hopping around like Brer Rabbit. The child will enjoy helping to make a star to sing Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star to or going on a treasure hunt around the room with Mum or Dad. The pre-schooler can be encouraged to make up his or her own song accompanied by drums (biscuit tin and wooden spoon), flute (cardboard roll from the kitchen paper towel) and rattle (rice or pasta in a plastic bottle).

When children associate feelings of happiness and excitement with an activity, they learn that activity more readily and this is especially so when parents join in. With a little planning and imagination, parents can provide pre-school children with the opportunity to have happy experiences that will help them develop a positive attitude to learning.

Facial tics are frequently associated with conditions such as Tourette’s Syndrome, and are a common ailment in many children.

Here are 5 secrets to beautiful pregnant belly photos:

1. Wait until you're big, but not too big:
You want your belly to be big and beautiful, but you don't want it to be so large that posing and holding different positions for any length of time becomes taxing. Professional photographer Mariah Milan Dagupion suggests taking photos right around 30 weeks. That's when your belly gets really round, she says, but it's not too heavy yet. Of course each pregnancy and pregnant belly is different so use your own stamina as a guide.

2. Avoid background clutter:
Just like professional photographers, style your backdrop. So think about what's behind you. When choosing your location, avoid standing in front of a messy living room - or worse, a messy bathroom. Instead, lie mermaid-style on a solid-color couch or tape some ironed white sheets to the wall and--voila--an instant studio backdrop. Or change things up and step outside: Pick a tranquil spot in your backyard or nearby park or beach to set up camp. We love the leaning-up-against-a-tree look, or, if you're at the beach, try a profile shot, where you're sitting up and looking out at the sea.

3. Turn off the flash:
The on-camera flash will be a total wash-out. Maternity photographer Ashley McNamara suggests standing right in front of an open door or window to get great natural light instead. If you're shooting outside avoid mid-day sun. "The best times to go outside are early in the morning or an hour or two before sunset when there's that golden, sun-tanned, highlights-in-the-hair light," Dagupion says.

4. Wear something tight and stretchy:
The whole point of the shoot is to see the gorgeous belly, right? Tight, stretchy clothes will best accentuate all your great curves.

"Never wear maternity clothes," Hart says, since their primary objective is often to feel good on, rather than flatter your shape. McNamara recommends trying some fitted Gap or Old Navy tank tops in solid colors instead.

"Skip the florals, plaids, and checks," maternity photog Koren Reyes stresses. "You want to be able to look back at these pictures in 10 or 20 years and still think the photos look great. Whereas really stylized clothes can get dated, solid darks and neutrals are timeless."

Alternatively, skip clothes entirely. "I have a set of sheer curtains from Target, and I use one panel to wrap the breasts and another panel to wrap the belly," McNamara says.

5. Find a great photographer:You want someone you feel comfortable with and will have fun around taking your picture. If your husband fits the bill, ask him to take the pics (and also to haul any extra props or equipment). Or plan a fun photo date with one of your girlfriends.

There are famously no good photos of Neil Armstrong on the Moon. This was because for most of the time that Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were on the lunar surface, Armstrong had the camera, and so most of the historic photographs taken during the Apollo 11 mission, show Buzz Aldrin. Neil can be seen in the grainy TV and film footage, and his back can be seen in a panorama, but now, Mike Constantine of Moonpans.com has added a new photo of Neil to the list.

Using digital imaging techniques we zoomed in on Buzz's visor and cropped, flipped and de-sphered, the reflection to get the rare shot of Armstrong as Buzz would have looked back at him during the famous shot.

The reason no proper photos were taken of Neil Armstrong on the moon, was because Neil had the camera most of the time, so there are plenty of shots of Buzz but almost none of Armstrong.

Incidentally, the small blue dot at the top of the photo is actually the Earth!

How the photo was made

After getting hold of a highest resolution scan possible of the famous Buzz Aldrin Visor Shot, Mike cropped out the Visor part and set about stretching and manipulating the image to overcome the spheracle effect of the visor, he then had to correct the color away from the Gold sheen that the visor had. Lastly the image was flipped to show how Neil actually would have looked to Buzz, rather than his mirror image.

When an Formula1 driver hits the brakes on his car he experiences retardation or deceleration comparable to a regular car driving through a BRICK wall at 300kmph!!!

F1 car can go from 0 to 160 kph AND back to 0 in FOUR seconds!!!!!!!

F1 car engines last only for about 2 hours of racing mostly before blowing up on the other hand we expect our engines to last us for a decent 20yrs on an average and they quite faithfully DO....that's the extent to which the engines are pushed to perform...

An average F1 driver looses about 4kgs of weight after just one race due to the prolonged exposure to high G forces and temperatures for little over an hour (Yeah that's right!!!) the turkish circuit has a turn 8 which exposes a driver to about 4-5Gs for about 7 seconds continuously!!!

At 550kg a F1 car is less than half the weight of a Mini Cooper.

To give you an idea of just how important aerodynamic design and added down force can be, small planes can take off at slower speeds than F1 cars travel on the track.

Without aerodynamic down force, high-performance racing cars have sufficient power to produce wheel spin and loss of control at 160 kph. They usually race at over 300 kph.

In a street course race like the Monaco grand prix, the down force provides enough suction to lift manhole covers. Before the race all of the manhole covers on the streets have to be welded down to prevent this from happening!

The refuelers used in F1 can supply 12 liters of fuel per second. This means it would take just 4 seconds to fill the tank of an average 50 liter family car. They use the same refueling rigs used on US military helicopters today.

TOP F1 pit crews can refuel and change tyres in around 3 seconds. It took me 8 sec to read above point.

During the race the tyres lose weight! Each tyre loses about 0.5 kg in weight due to wear.

Normal tyres last 60 000 - 100 000 km. Racing tyres are designed to last 90 - 120 km.

A dry-weather F1 tyre reaches peak operating performance (best grip) when tread temperature is between 900C and 1200C.(Water boils boils at 100C remember) At top speed, F1 tyres rotate 50 times a second.

The Japanese have always loved fresh fish. But the waters close to Japan have not held many fish for decades. So to feed the Japanese population, fishing boats got bigger and went farther than ever. The farther the fishermen went, the longer it took to bring in the fish. If the return trip took more than a few days, the fish were not fresh.

The Japanese did not like the taste. To solve this problem, fishing companies installed freezers on their boats. They would catch the fish and freeze them at sea. Freezers allowed the boats to go farther and stay longer.

However, the Japanese could taste the difference between fresh and frozen and they did not like frozen fish. The frozen fish brought a lower price. So fishing companies installed fish tanks. They would catch the fish and stuff them in the tanks, fin to fin. After a little thrashing around, the fish stopped moving. They were tired and dull, but alive.

Unfortunately, the Japanese could still taste the difference. Because the fish did not move for days, they lost their fresh-fish taste. The Japanese preferred the lively taste of fresh fish, not sluggish fish.

So how did Japanese fishing companies solve this problem? How do they get fresh-tasting fish to Japan? If you were consulting the fish industry, what would you recommend?

Dear Mommy, I am in Heaven now... I so wanted to be your little girl. I don't quite understand what has happened. I was so excited when I began realizing my existence. I was in a dark, yet comfortable place. I saw I had fingers and toes. I was pretty far along in my developing, yet not near ready to leave my surroundings. I spent most of my time thinking or sleeping. Even from my earliest days, I felt a special bonding between you and me. Sometimes I heard you crying and I cried with you. Sometimes you would yell or scream, then cry. I heard Daddy yelling back. I was sad, and hoped you would be better soon. I wondered why you cried so much. One day you cried almost all of the day. That same day, the most horrible thing happened. A very mean monster came into that warm, comfortable place I was in. I was so scared, I began screaming, but you never once tried to help me. I screamed and screamed until I thought I couldn't anymore. Then the monster started ripping my arms off. It hurt so bad; the pain I can never explain. It didn't stop. Oh, how I begged it to stop. I screamed in horror as it ripped my leg off.

Though I was in such complete pain, I was dying. I knew I would never see your face or hear you say how much you love me. I wanted to make all your tears go away. I had so many plans to make you happy. Now I couldn't; all my dreams were shattered. Though I was in utter pain and horror, I felt the pain of my heart breaking, above all. I wanted more than anything to be your daughter. No use now, for I was dying a painful death. I could only imagine the terrible things that they had done to you. I wanted to tell you that I love you before I was gone, but I didn't know the words you could understand.

And soon, I no longer had the breath to say them; I was dead. I felt myself rising. I was being carried by a huge angel into a big beautiful place. I was still crying, but the physical pain was gone.. The angel took me away to a wonderful place... Then I was happy. I asked the angel what was the thing was that killed me. He answered, "Abortion". I am sorry, for I know how it feels." I don't know what abortion is; I guess that's the name of the monster. An Indian man walks into a bank in New York City and asks for the loan officer. He tells the loan officer that he is going to India on business for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000.

The bank officer tells him that the bank will need some form of security for the loan, so the Indian man hands over the keys and documents of new Ferrari parked on the street in front of the bank. He produces the title and everything checks out. The loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan.

The bank's president and its officers all enjoy a good laugh at the Indian for using a $250,000 Ferrari as collateral against a $5,000 loan. An employee of the bank then drives the Ferrari into the bank's underground garage and parks it there.

Two weeks later, the Indian returns, repays the $5,000 and the interest, which comes to $15.41.

Hoping to locate and remove the subject pages, Gaskill next logged into his site via FTP, but found no trace of them there. What he found, hidden in a directory he seldom worked with, was a PHP script. The hacker was utilizing this script in an attempt to siphon traffic from BoogieJack.com, and redirect it elsewhere; but, due to an error in the script, clicks to all of the created links were resulting in a 404, or "file not found" error.

To the search engines, the site now had about 300 good pages, and about 6,000 broken pages. Search engines penalize sites with too many broken links, as this affects the quality of search results. Almost overnight, eleven years' worth of work in building a full-time, successful online business had been completely destroyed.

The devastation to Gaskill, his website, and his family is palpable. "Imagine, if you will, a loss of 60 to 70 percent of your income for a prolonged period of time, with no end to the drop-off in sight," he says. "This would have a very serious impact on almost any business. For us, the bottom line is that we were forced to put our home up for sale."

In a true reflection of his entrepreneurial spirit, Gaskill immediately began rebuilding his site, from the ground up. But he didn't stop there.

9. Tignes, France: Summer on the Grande Mott Glacier in Tignes means skiing or boarding over 20 km on a 750-foot vertical drop. Choose from 16 lifts. The snowpark, with its pipes, rails, bumps, and jumps, is fun. You go to Tignes for the skiing and snowboarding, not the ambience of some other European resorts, but who cares when you can slide in summer?

8. Zermatt, Switzerland: Glacier skiing is generally about cruising and there's an abundance of it on the 25 km of Zermatt pistes (as big as most Southern Hemisphere resorts), serviced by eight lifts. Getting there is half the fun. Ride the Klein Matterhorn cable car up what amounts to a shear mountain face to 3,820 m. (12,530 feet). Lifts open as early as 7 a.m. Look for icy conditions in the morning, followed by typical "spring snow" as the day rolls out. It's over by 2 p.m. You even can ski over the border from Cervina, Italy.

7. Coronet Peak, New Zealand: This 60-year-old playground is just 25 minutes from Queensland. Ski or ride your socks off from first tracks early in the morning through night skiing. Haven't been here in a while? The base area has undergone a $30 million transformation. Ski and ride over 280 hectares. The M-1-Big Easy is 2.4 km and is a kick for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders. Coronet was the first Down Under resort to open this season.

6. Whistler Blackcomb, British Columbia: Canada beckons skiers and snowboarders even during the summer. Blackcomb's Horstman Glacier is as majestic as it gets and becomes a blend of winter sports with summer weather. It's open every day from 10:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. by upload from the Wizard Express at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. The scenic ride via three chairs and a bus takes about 45 minutes. There's even a one-day Uber Pass for mountain biking, hiking, sightseeing, skiing, and snowboarding. Look for good summer lodging deals.

5. Perisher Blue, Australia: Visit Perisher Blue, about a six-hour drive from Sydney, and you'll find plenty of skiing on seven mountain peaks accessed by 49 lifts, including a high-speed eight-seater if you crave lots of company. Most of the area is intermediate, but beginners and advanced skiers/riders also will be happy. Snowmaking has been dramatically expanded for this season to the tune of $10 million. End your day sipping Brumby Schnapps in the Top Spot Bar at the Blue Cow terminal.

4. Timberline Lodge, Oregon, U.S.A.: The only place in the United States where you can ski and ride from early June through Labor Day is Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood. The elevation at the top of the Palmer Snowfield is 8,540 feet. Last winter brought epic snow and gave the summer season a spectacular kick start. Many national racing, freestyle, and snowboard teams train here, but there's always plenty of terrain open to us average "joes." It's only about an hour's drive from Portland. Still, don't miss the opportunity to stay at the hand-built (W.P.A) Depression-era lodge where every room is different.

3. Las Leñas, Argentina: You'll ski or ride on descents from 11,253 feet above sea level to the base at 7,349 feet on 60 km of terrain. The 16-lift system is among the best in South America and are all named for Roman Gods to make you feel lofty and invincible. There are round-trip packages from Buenos Aires to Las Leñas for Saturday-Saturday packages. Driving the three hours from Santiago, Chile, means doing so on a road with 80 switchbacks. Nothing good is easy to find, right? The 5-star Piscis Hotel in Las Leñas is pricy, but you have the opportunity win it all back at the casino.

2. Cerro Catedral, Argentina: What's in a name? The peaks resemble Gothic cathedrals, that's what. The resort is located 19 km from Bariloche. Ski or ride over 600 hectares There are 39 lifts. The season runs late here, with a planned closing Oct. 30. There are 2,000 beds at the base with many more in town. There's off-piste skiing, and terrain for freestyle and snowboard bumps and rails. The ski passes are controlled by a radio system, so you don't even have to zip open your parka. You can ride, but you can't hide.

Ski Portillo, Chile: You won't go wrong anywhere in our Top Ten world, and beyond it of course, but our readers and editors saved their top marks for Portillo, one of the world's most unique ski resorts, and a 50-year pioneer at that. Portillo is a two-hour drive from Santiago with plenty of coach service, so you don't have to do it. There never will be more than 450 people on the slopes and it won't be long before you know most of them. It's so high above the timberline in the Andes, you'll think you're skiing on the moon. The humidity is so low its dry powder has become the stuff of legends. You stay from Saturday to Saturday at the self-contained resort at the Grand Hotel Portillo, Octagon, and Inca Lodges.

PC Pandora warns parents to make sure they monitor their home computers while kids roam free on family machines all day long during summer months.

Charlton, MA (PRWEB via PRWebDirect) June 17, 2008 -- Marathon runner and mountain climber Jeanne Stawiecki is now in the Guinness Book of World Records for two feats that she accomplished at age 56. The Guinness Book of World Records recognizes Stawiecki as the oldest woman to complete the “Seven Summits,” the highest mountains on each continent, and as achieving the fastest aggregate time for a woman to complete marathons on all seven continents.

In addition to the records, Stawiecki is also the first woman in the world to run marathons and climb the highest mountains on all seven continents (seven continents, seven marathons, seven summits).

On February 26, 2007, Stawiecki crossed the finish line of the frigid Antarctic Marathon to receive the record for running marathons on all seven continents in the shortest aggregate time for all females. But accomplishing this task was simply not enough for Stawiecki, a nurse anesthetist from Charlton, Massachusetts. Slightly more than 200 people, less than 50 of them women, have officially scaled the "Seven Summits.” On May 22, 2007, Stawiecki stood on the summit of Mt. Everest, earning the record for being the oldest woman in the world to have completed climbing these peaks. Stawiecki was driven by many personal reasons to become the first woman in the world and the first American, male or female, to achieve both of these extreme athletic challenges.

Stawiecki’s extraordinary achievement is made all the more amazing by the fact that, until about age 40, she was a stressed out, two-pack-a-day smoker working three jobs who couldn't even run to the end of her street. She had no interests, no hobbies and no passions. Life seemed predictable, until she discovered the amazing power of the way one thinks. She attributes her great success to the power of the mind.

“I want people to know I am an ordinary person doing something extraordinary,” Stawiecki says. “The way you think makes all the difference in the world. If you think and believe you are a success, you will be.”

At age 40, Stawiecki stopped smoking when – upon developing a chronic cough and persistent hoarseness – she realized the health risks of continuing the habit. The knowledge gleaned from her work in the medical field only strengthened her resolve to stay healthy. She also took up exercise to prevent weight gain, and ran her first marathon, the New Yew York City Marathon, in 1994.

After 16 years of running, including seven consecutive years running the Boston Marathon, Stawiecki wanted something more. Rock and ice climbing lead Stawiecki to mountain climbing, which she began at age 52.

After completing six of the “Seven Summits,” Stawiecki returned to Mt. Everest on March 29, 2007, to complete the one climb that eluded her. She took the South Col route with Alpine Ascents International and reached the mountain’s summit on May 22, solidifying her place in the record books.

When not participating in grueling outdoor events or training for the next one on her list, Stawiecki works as a certified nurse anesthetist in the operating room at UMass Memorial Hospital; the Memorial campus in Worcester, Mass. While her professional career also brings significant demands and challenges, Stawiecki was able to balance her passion for caring for others while she fulfilled a personal goal she shared with friends, family and co-workers.

Stawiecki is writing a book about the many difficulties and obstacles she has faced in her personal life and how she was able to overcome them and achieve all she has. By telling her story, she is hoping to inspire other women to take risks and embark on any challenge, despite its difficulties and obstacles.
